IMPORTANT: For 2024 license renewals, the MREC requires that ALL Missouri licensees must complete an MREC-approved core course on Fair Housing. You may also take other core courses, but you MUST complete at least 3 of your 12 hours of continuing education in a core course on Fair Housing before you can renew your license in 2024.
